CONGRATS!

Phew!  You did it!  Congratulations!  The biggest step is done.  Now it’s time to get you onboarded so you can start dialing.

After receiving your National Producer Number, write it down, along with your State License number. Put them in a safe place.  You will use them several times as you call in to chat with Insurance Companies. 

To find your State agency to ask direct questions about licensure, just do a google search for the contact number.

Symmetry is a company in route to becoming a household name. One aspect of that journey is to train an army of agents nationwide who can competently provide insurance plans to families who have requested it.  

Symmetry (a.k.a. Quility) will send you an OnBoarding Packet via email with an Invitation Code and registration Link.

WHAT’S NEXT?

In a nutshell, here is what will happen over the next several weeks:

  • You will submit a packet of information to Symmetry.
  • Symmetry corporate reviews it and seeks to get you contracted with our Core Carriers (your upline will initiate your contracting with other carriers).
  • The email will also contain information about accessing your Leads and the Quility site. Most importantly, you’ll have a link to start your Summit training. 

FEES?

You’ve probably noticed that there are no fees paid to join Symmetry. Their role, in addition to providing training materials, is to create ads that reach people interested in getting insured. Symmetry is the number one writer for 4 of the largest Insurance Companies in the United States and they are paid a percentage of the insurance payments your clients make and use that money to purchase leads, provide training, and offer incentives to their agents (us). 

COMMISSIONS

You will earn around 50-70% of the annual contract value as your commission (this will go up as your contract level increases).  The payment will be made twice. An upfront 75% of the money within a few days of when your client pays their first premium – and then you’ll get the remaining 25% ten months later. So, if your client purchases coverage that has a $1000 annual price tag, you’ll receive around $700 (again, the commission rate depends on the type of product they purchase, but your commission is usually around 60-70% of the contract value). You’ll be paid 75% of that money up front ($525) after the policy is funded by your client – and then the remaining $175 over the final 10, 11, and 12 months of the year.  The payments are deposited directly into your bank account through EFT.  

PAYMENTS

Keep in mind that you pay for your leads, you can use Visa, Mastercard, Discover, but not American Express.
