Leads

A random lead will lead you to a $500-$1500 payday. You are picking up rocks and looking for gold.  The payment for each application submitted and approved is off the charts. Remember, leads are cash, not cost.  The payments from each app are off the charts.

You MUST get comfortable and confident with the scripts (and it’s good to practice on less expensive leads). It’s recommended that you make 1000 or more dials or texts (total dials to a few hundred leads) before purchasing more expensive leads like Razor Ridge or Quility leads.  

 Symmetry spends money on ads and literature to generate leads.  They invest about $40 per lead (their customer acquisition cost).  They eat two-thirds of the cost and offer leads to agents from 50 cents to $8/ea. One thing you’ll have to learn is that leads are cash, not cost. That is, Agents average a 90% return on their investment; if they purchase around $100 in leads, they will net around $1000 in income. 

You will receive an email from Symmetry so you can begin purchasing leads and making dials through the Opt! system.  Be sure to note your Opt! Username and Password from this email.

Down the road, you’ll add Switchboard with Razor Ridge leads to your mix.

STANDING LEAD ORDERS

You can submit a weekly Standing Lead Order  (SBLO) by emailing a SBLO form to Quility: https://hq.quility.com/api/public/document/62034/view/standing-bonus-lead-order-formHaving a lead order for 10-15 leads is wise to start with. It would be good to purchase 10-20 “B” leads.  You are in practice mode for the first few hundreds of dials you will make. Your initial investment will be small – and will be used primarily for practicing as the first few hundred dials you will make will help you see what areas you need to work on before purchasing more robust leads. NOTE: “B” Leads are very profitable; many top producers make great money each week using them. 

At that point, purchasing A leads and Call in Leads (“CI Leads”) along with using Razor Ridge leads via Switchboard will begin to generate slightly higher revenue. But practice is key.  

You’ll use this link to handle and make one-time lead orders https://v2.sfgcrm.com/#/home (Cost: $1-$15/lead).  No need to purchase the $150 premium (mobile) access,  the free version works just fine.  You’ll have exclusive access to each lead for 5 weeks. It is recommended that you purchase no more than 10 leads to start. NOTE: If you receive a bad number, you can request a refund within 30 days.

    NOTE: If you get a ‘bad lead’ (disconnected number, foreign language barrier, both prospects over age 80, etc), you can request at Lead Credit.  To check the status of your request after the request, agents can always check the status of their lead credit requests via their OPT account by clicking “LEAD ORDERS” > “LEAD CREDIT REPORT”

    Quility A Leads

    • A Lead (or Call In leads) = 1 appointment for every 4-6 contacts. ‘A Leads’ are leads that have never been sold. They are exclusive to the agent for five weeks and their price depends upon contract level. Please refer to Promotion Guidelines for cost. You’ll purchase these once you have mastered the Script. Each lead will contain your prospect’s age, address, phone number and mortgage amount. 

    Quility B Leads 

    • B1 – Lead = 1 appointment for every 8-10 contacts. Distributed once as an A lead, but still hasn’t been sold after 5 weeks as being an “A” Lead.
    • B2 – Lead = 1 appointment for every 10-12 contacts. Starts at 10 weeks of age and can go up to 10 months.
    • B3 – Lead = 1 appointment for every 12-14 contacts.  Starts at 15 weeks of age.
    • B4 – A5 Leads = 1 appointment for every 15-20 contacts.
      Each lead will contain your prospect’s age, address, phone number and mortgage amount.
