Remember that success is not greatness. Success is consistency. This opportunity is just a numbers game. If you will dial, you will help families and make money. Remember: phone up = making money. Phone down = not making money.
- SUFFICIENT LEADS. Purchase 15-20 leads each week.
- SCHEDULE. Set a schedule for yourself before beginning each day. Consider a lead workflow like this. Be sure to establish a systematic process for following up with your prospects (Google Calendar? File Folder system?).
- PREPARE. Spend 15+ mins each day practicing the script and tonality. Review NEPQ Training HERE.
- USE THE SCRPIT. Be sure to be faithful in using the phone script and the in-home presentation. Don’t ‘wing it’.
- ACTIVITY. Make (and tally) 200-300 dials or texts each week. You’ll set 5-10 appointments each week and write 2+ applications each week within those appointment). Keep track of the most common objections you receive; look for patterns and potential areas to strengthen. Take prolific notes on each client’s situation, noting hobbies and interests in addition to health.
- SLACK. Attend several Slack hudles and meetings each week. The daily 1:30pm EST Collective Huddles are great. Plan on the weekly 12pm EST Wednesday Huddle, and the 12pm Shank Group meeting each Friday. Also, mark your calendar to attend the “First Friday” meeting online each first Friday of the month. Connect with the Slack Team for case work/training/support (and be sure to show gratitude for their help).
- LEARN. Listen to 1-2 recordings each week on Quility or from our Slack group Call Recordings to learn more about the industry.
- MINDSET. Daily reading, meditation, affirmations, devotionals to improve your mindset (here are some examples here). Create a Vision Board to remind yourself about your ‘why’. Here’s one example.
Down the road… - Invite people to be an agent (listen to the Builder’s call each Wednesday at 12:30pm EST.
- Look to attend a Bootcamp or Corporate Events when they are offered.
